1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 18+ to subscribe. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. No Financial Advice

All tips, signals, and analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Profits
• Win rate
• ROI
• Income
• Specific outcomes

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds are given beyond your statutory rights. What those rights are depends on how you joined:

• If you subscribe directly: by ticking the consent box at checkout you request immediate access, and your 14-day cooling-off right ends as soon as your access begins. From that point, all payments are final.
• If you convert a free trial into a paid subscription: you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a proportionate refund for the unused part of that billing period. This right is set by law and cannot be waived.

Free trials themselves take no payment details and end automatically unless you choose to become a member. Outside the rights above, all payments are final: once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Current billing periods are non-refundable, except where a statutory cooling-off right applies (see Section 4). You can manage your subscription (including cancellations) directly through your account on our website. Subscription management is the subscriber's responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Missed signals
• Technical issues
• App crashes
• Inaccurate data
• Personal betting decisions

You are fully responsible for your own betting activity.

7. No Sharing / No Leaking

Strictly prohibited:

• Forwarding tips or messages
• Screenshotting
• Sharing bets
• Adding non-members
• Reposting in other groups
• Reselling content
• Using content for AI training or data scraping

Any breach = immediate removal with no refund.

8. Personal Access Only

Subscriptions provide personal access only. Unauthorised use or redistribution of content may lead to removal without refund.

9. Access Removal

We may suspend or remove access if:

• Terms are violated
• Content is leaked
• Chargebacks are attempted
• Abuse or harassment occurs
• Misuse of bots or systems happens

No refunds for removal.

10. Technical Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Instant delivery
• Telegram uptime
• Website/API uptime

Our services rely on external data providers. From time to time, API feeds may return delayed, missing, or incorrect information. We are not liable for any losses or decisions made based on API errors. Delays may occur. No refunds for downtime or data discrepancies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, dashboards, bots, and methods are the intellectual property of RH Sports Analysis. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content.

12. Payments & Chargebacks

By subscribing you agree to recurring billing. Fraudulent chargebacks, meaning disputes of legitimate charges you authorised, will result in immediate removal and a ban from all future services. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including refunds under Section 4.

13. Service Expectations

By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• Variance is normal
• Losing periods can occur
• Results fluctuate
• Emotional or financial support is not part of the service

We provide analysis only.

14. Fair Use

You agree not to misuse, spam, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access if behaviour harms the service.

15. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be governed under the laws of the United Kingdom. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Resolve issues through good-faith communication first
• Contact us before raising a payment dispute, so we can put things right
• Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond

We aim to resolve all issues privately, fairly, and professionally.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated terms.
